It’s been a nice break but word reached me earlier this week that TMII had returned in a new form.
This shouldn’t be a surprise of course – pyramid schemes do this all the time but with so little new activity detected for some time, we had hopes that perhaps Richi Roane had seen the light and actually got a “proper” job that didn’t involve lying, generally making things up and attempting to ensnare people with false promises.

So here is the latest development on the ‘YEP4Life’ scam.
First, the TMII.com site pitches a sales tool/sales team to entrepreneurs who are encouraged to sell their products through Richi’s “sales team” with a turn-key system:
TMII.com
Then, at YEP4Life.com, the site has been updated, around the end of 2010.
YEP4Life.com
Notice that YEP4Life still talks of making “up to $1,000 a day without you doing any selling at all!”
This would be at odds with the statement at TMII.com for those utilizing TMII’s system, saying “WE WILL PROVIDE YOU A TOP NOTCH SALES TEAM!”
Possibly YEP4Life is out of date and the system has changed but at this point, it will need to be studied further to draw any firm conclusions.
Another link here, to the Gold Special offer, at yep4life.com/goldspecial/ Note the testimonials sprinkled through the page, including TMII regulars for some time, Gerald Parks and Kevin Fugate.
Fugate is quoted in his testimonial as saying:
“I have been a member of YEP for about 9 months and I love the program. The work from home industry is very attractive to my wife and I. We love to own our own business and the fact that it’s home based is perfect for us.”
You may recall Kevin Fugate and his wife declared bankruptcy in April 2009 and there was no record in the public court documents of him receiving any profits from TMII, MadeBig or any associated company. He may have been a member of YEP for 9 months but he has been associated with TMII/MadeBig for some years and like Parks, is a loyal schill for any Roane schemes which have also been around some time.
Alarmingly, Fugate also states “I have many friends and family members turning to this program because of the ease and earning potential.”
We at MadeSmall.net hope that Fugate’s friends and family have learned their lesson from previous experiences and also are aware that Fugate is not exactly a shining example of “success”, with his recent bankruptcy proceedings and string of unpaid, discharged debts.
MadeBig.com????
As mentioned in the title of this post, the MadeBig site has been down for a considerable amount of time and at this point, perhaps it is unlikely to ever return.
There were reports of site members experiencing serious bugs with games and functions and getting less and less technical support for well over a year and then finally, the site disappeared around the end of 2010. It was replaced with an “currently down for maintenance” icon and “we will have it back up in the next few days” but this hasn’t been changed in several months.

It makes sense that Roane would abandon this old, not profitable for some time variation of his scams but must be bitterly disappointing for those who bought heavily into the site all those years ago.

How do these guys stay out of jail?
October 8th, 2011
I was tricked back in 2004 by Mr Fugate and his friend Ron. And yes I was told I would be a co-founder if I sign up before a special date. Co founders were going to get something special done for them in the business. After that date came and gone I asked Ron and Mr. Fugate about what was said on a recorded phone meeting. They acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. Just two weeks ago Mr. Fugues friend Ron told me I really need to get back into Madebig because it’s really hot right now. I will see him soon because I live in that small town of Crescent City, Ca. Yep the same one Kevin Fugate says is from. I wish I could do something.
