I went through the same steps with the BBB a couple of years ago and wrote letters to the State Attorney Generals Office as well. I never received a response from the AG Office. The BBB scenario went pretty much like the one with Mike. I totally lost faith in the BBB and would never again consider them a reputable source for evaluating the rating of a particular business. Over the last year, I have seen TMII rating go from A- to F and back to B. It truly baffles me how this type of thing continues to happen and nothing can seem to get done to stop it. The emails were proof that they showed intent to make the refund. This should have never been closed and there certainly should have a negative hit on their BBB grading.
